Roo Roo is a fashion brand offering handmade pieces created with care and attention to detail. Every product is subject to availability and may vary slightly due to its handmade nature.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products, colours, fabrics and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the handmade nature of our products.

Such variations will not be considered manufacturing defects.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Roo Roo reserves the right to cancel an order in the unlikely event of a pricing, stock or technical error.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Every Roo Roo piece is handmade and made especially for you.

Orders require 8–12 working days for processing and preparation before dispatch. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this processing timeline.

5. CANCELLATIONS

As our pieces are handmade and prepared especially for you, orders cannot be cancelled once processing or production has begun.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Roo Roo follows a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except in cases of approved damaged, defective or incorrect products.

Any eligible claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include a clear, continuous unboxing video as proof.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Roo Roo website, including the Roo Roo name, logo, photographs, product designs, graphics, text and other creative content, belongs to Roo Roo and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Roo Roo website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its functionality or use its content for unlawful purposes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Roo Roo will not be responsible for delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
